Understanding and then completing the 6 basic steps is all that it takes to get started and begin the first steps down the path of a career that could reward you for years to come.

1 Create Your Profile

Start off by creating a profile for yourself. This includes basic information about yourself, and will also include background checks and financial information that is used to pay you. You can complete this entire process - and all future steps - without ever having to leave the privacy of your home.

2 Select Your Shifts

Since you're working from the comfort of your home, you can select your shifts. You'll be able to choose when you work and how long you work. You can select your hours and your shifts, giving you the most freedom possible while still earning a solid salary.

3 Choose a Client

You know more about what your interests and skillsets are than we do. That's why the next step is to choose the clients that match up to you the best. You can pick the clients that fit you the best so you can stay interested while turning in great work every day.

4 Complete Certification Course

Our certification course can still be completed from the comfort of your home. This includes basic training elements as well as the background checks and credit checks required to join our team. The entire process takes between 2 and 3 weeks to complete, and you'll be given a certificate once completed.

5 Take Ongoing Calls

Once you're certified, you will begin working. You'll take ongoing calls during the hours that you chose to work and through the client or customer that you chose. You'll be paid based on how many calls you take and how long you're on the phone, and you'll be given work that matches your specific needs.

6 Start Earning Income

We pay our contractors on a regular basis twice per month. Your funds are put directly into your bank account on a regular basis and you're given a breakdown of how much you earned and your hours, calls, and other information.

    Registration involves a straightforward process. You'll apply and provide information about your history and undergo a credit check and background check. Once that you've applied and been confirmed, you will receive an email confirming that you are now able to start working as a caller.

  • How do I get paid?

    You'll get your money disbursed directly to your bank account twice per month, on a regular basis as dictated and established once you begin. You'll receive receipts and invoices to use for tax purposes. If you move up to become an independent agent, you may additionally receive direct payment from clients in certain situations.

  • How long before I can start servicing a client?

    In order to become part of the team, you'll have to go through a basic application process. This includes a background and credit check. In most instances, this takes about two to three weeks. Once it's completed, you can begin working on a regular basis as much as you like.

  • What is an independent agent?

    An independent agent is just what it sounds like. You will be an independent contractor that contracts directly with our team under a contracted agreement. You'll have the right to place or receive calls from people who request our help, and complete your work as indicated in the contracted agreement.
